ד"ר מורן זגה

Dr. Moran Zaga is a Political Geographer and a historian of borders in the Middle East. She is a teaching fellow at the University of Haifa and a researcher at the eLijah Lab for Digital Humanities. Moran is also a research fellow at the Chaikin Chair for Geostrategy at the University of Haifa and a policy fellow at Mitvim - the Israeli Institute for Regional Foreign Policies. Her main research interests are political and social boundaries, the history of borders in the Arab World and the geopolitics of the Gulf States. Her current study at the eLijah Lab deals with the digital mapping of the Medieval Middle East.
